La Fleur
84 Agnes St, Auchenflower

Solaire have returned to where it all began: Agnes St, Auchenflower, this time taking on a complete renovation and extension of an existing 1920’s Queenslander home. Due to be completed for market in 2019, it will join 85 Agnes St and 5 Ross St to round out three of Brisbane’s most luxurious, sustainable and innovative properties.

To create this  extraordinary home,  Solaire collaborated with the best  of  the best,  teaming up with award- winning architectural firm, Joe Adsett Architects. Together, they set three focus points to keep in mind during the design and build of the house. This included future-proofing to allow for multigenerational living, maximisation of natural cross-ventilation and energy efficiency while delivering an incredibly spacious, open-plan style home to accommodate for the vibrant and modern Brisbane lifestyle.

Since the very beginning, Solaire has set out to create homes that seamlessly blend eco-conscious designs with luxury, quality and state-of-the-art technology — which is has been evident in their first two projects. 84 Agnes St is no exception, pushing boundaries and challenging the construction model at every turn.

Similar to 5 Ross St, this home will minimise its carbon footprint by using more environmentally-friendly materials such as increased fly-ash and recycled slag in concrete, Chain of Custody certified timbers, insulation manufactured from recycled plastic bottles, alternative cladding materials to standard FC, GreenTag Certified Italian porcelain tiles and energy efficient lighting, just to name a few.

The home at 84 Agnes St will be a carbon minimized masterpiece featuring 5 bedrooms (4 with walk-in robes and ensuites), a freshwater pool, sweeping city views and our signature dual Tesla powerwalls, to provide comfortable and uninterrupted living all year round. This home is set to raise the bar for living standards in Auchenflower and will become yet another luxury, near zero energy building.

84 Agnes St will be hitting the Brisbane market in summer 2019.
